Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Aitroneecs Pvt. Ltd. (“Aitroneecs”, “we”, “us”), Pune, Maharashtra, collects on aitroneecs.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at support@aitroneecs.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist details you give us: your name, your email address and, if you choose to add it, your WhatsApp number.
• Where you came from: if you arrived from one of our ads or links, the campaign tags in the web address (called UTM tags, for example “utm_source=instagram”). We save these with your waitlist details.
• How the website is used: pages viewed, clicks on buttons such as “Buy Now”, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level). We collect this with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which are loaded through Google Tag Manager and use cookies or similar technology.

Why we collect it

• To tell you when the Aitroneecs AI Smart Voice Mouse is available and send you your 10% off.
• To understand how many people are interested in the product and which ads brought them here.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email and WhatsApp messages

When you join the waitlist, you agree to receive updates from Aitroneecs Pvt. Ltd. about the product by email and, if you gave us your number, by WhatsApp. We will only message you about the product becoming available and your discount. You can stop these messages at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us.

Where your information is stored

Waitlist details are stored in a database run by our provider, Supabase, in its Mumbai (India) region. Website usage data is processed by Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Meta Pixel) under their own privacy policies, and may be processed outside India. Our website is hosted by Vercel.

The mouse’s AI features

The mouse’s AI features, including voice typing, text grab (OCR) and the AI button, work through the manufacturer’s companion app. The app needs a free account and an internet connection. When you use these features, your voice and the screen content or images you choose to process are sent to the manufacturer’s cloud service. The manufacturer is a company based in China, and this data is processed on its servers, under the manufacturer’s own privacy policy. Aitroneecs does not receive or store your voice recordings or the content you process with these features.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to tell you about the product and your discount, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct it or bring it up to date;
• delete it; and
• stop using it for messages (withdraw your consent).

To do any of these, or to make a complaint, email support@aitroneecs.com from the address you signed up with. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to count visits and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
