1-year replacement warranty

The Aitroneecs AI Smart Voice Mouse comes with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your mouse stops working because of a manufacturing defect within that year, we will replace it.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage from drops, liquid, or opening or modifying the mouse;
• normal wear, such as scratches or worn surfaces;
• changes to, or the availability of, the manufacturer’s companion app or its cloud service, which the manufacturer runs.

How to claim

Email support@aitroneecs.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video. We will reply with the next steps.

Returns

You can return the mouse within 7 days of delivery. Email support@aitroneecs.com with your order number within those 7 days and we will explain how to send it back. Please return it in its original box with all accessories (USB receiver, USB-C cable and quick start guide).

The mouse is not on sale yet, so there is nothing to return today.
